The Erasmus Master Course on Economics and Management of Network Industries has the objective of training highly qualified professionals, able to manage and regulate efficiently network industries and infrastructures.
Network industries and infrastructures are subject worldwide to more market mechanisms than ever. While responding to these competitive signals and incentives, they still have to deliver their basic services with a reasonable security of supply.
Category A scholarships, funded by the European Commission, are available for highly qualified third-country graduate students and scholars – to students to follow the EMIN Erasmus Mundus Masters Course, to scholars to carry out teaching and research assignments and scholarly work in the institutions participating in the Course. Category B scholarships, also funded by the European Commission, are available for highly qualified graduate students not eligible for Category A – also to follow the EMIN Erasmus Mundus Masters Course.
For each student the scholarship amounts to 24,000 Euro per academic year. This includes the contribution to tuition fees of 8,000 Euro, 12 monthly grants of 1,000 Euro and a fixed amount of 4,000 Euro for fees, travel expenses, relocation costs, etc. As EMIN lasts two years, the student will receive double this amount: 48,000 Euro.
